Він забезпечує надійний індивідуальний захист життєво важливих органів від уламків, вибухової хвилі та інших засобів ураження, зменшуючи силу впливу під час детонації мін. Костюм відповідає вимогам рівня захисту, необхідного для проведення гуманітарного розмінування.

Захисний костюм  для гуманітарного розмінування UT-DEM, який призначений для гуманітарного розмінування та забезпечує захист окремих життєво важливих органів тіла людини від визначених засобів ураження відповідно до рівня захисту, індивідуального захисту тіла від осколків та амортизації сили вибуху при детонації мін.

Технічні характеристики

Захисний костюм відповідає рівню захисту згідно STANAG 2920 V50 (в сухому стані) 450 м/с (m/s) для фрагментів 1,102 г (g).

A.  Площа захисту м’яких балістичних  елементів: фартух: 54,8 дм² (sq. dm); костюм: 104 дм²(sq. dm);

B.  Вага виробу:

Костюм (фартух + штани):

  • Загальна вага (±0,5%) 9,51 кг;
  • Тканина  водовідштовхувальними властивостями;
  • Колір синій (або інший, за запитом);
  • Текстильні застібки типу Velcro/Alfatex – регулювання по висоті та за об’ємом;
  • Вентиляція: 3D вентиляція для підвищення комфорту;
  • Розмірна сітка: S/M та L/XL.

Має м’який ремінь з швидкознімною пряжкою, який призначений для перенесення основної ваги костюма і знижує навантаження на плечі. Вставки балістичних елементів легко знімаються/замінюються. Передня частина має м’які панелі для кріплення ідентифікаторів.
