UKRTAC ceramic plates are a modern and perfect solution to personal safety. It is used in the UT PROFI body armor and does not require an additional damper or fragmentation trap.
It undergoes three stages of testing with a 7.62x54 mm armor-piercing incendiary bullet (B-32). (SVD) with a sharp-edged head, a steel heat-strengthened core in a steel casing (bullet velocity 860±15 m/s.) from a distance of 10±0.5 m. The bullet weighs 10.4 g.

The UKRTAC armor package withstood a 9x18 pistol bullet (velocity 345±1 m/s) with a spherical head with a non-heat-strengthened steel core in a steel jacket, lined with tomahawk, 57-N-181s cartridge (Makarov pistol) and 9x19 Luger bullet (velocity 409±1 m/s) in a copper alloy all-metal shell with a hemispherical nose with a soft (lead) core, according to DSTU 8782:2018 "Personal protective equipment. Body armor.", for the 1st class of protection. The depth of the out-of-plane deformation does not exceed 22 mm.
